Company History
Reporters Transcription Center is a division of Czerenda Court Reporting, Inc. (CCR).
CCR was established in 1975 and has its principal office in Binghamton, New York.
Reporters Transcription Center was established in 1987. RTC currently services over 100 client accounts providing dictation/transcription services to over 500 physicians and healthcare
providers.
Company Leadership
Randall Czerenda, President and CEO:
Over thirty years in the transcription business as a Court Reporter
having worked as the Senior Court Reporter for the Supreme Court of
New York, owning and managing a freelance court reporting agency, owning
and developing a medical transcription company, and establishing an
international, multi-lingual court reporting and transcription business.
Linda Best, Chief Operating Officer:
Twenty-three years experience in hospital-based healthcare managing
operations and direct service delivery. Ms. Best is responsible for all
day-to-day operations. She is well-versed in the rules and regulations
affecting healthcare and has extensive knowledge relating to medical documentation.
Scott Kinne, Director of Business Development:
Over twenty years of sales and service experience. Mr. Kinne is
responsible for all business development throughout the nation
as well as providing leadership for RTC’s customer service programs
and technology partnerships.
Company Ownership
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Czerenda Court Reporting, Inc.,
whose stockholders are Randall A. and A. Judith
Czerenda.
